**Job Description (What You’ll Do)**:
As an Administrative Processor at Mallard Wealth, you will join a highly efficient and skilled administration team that supports the operations of the firm. You will play a pivotal role in supporting self-directed investments company-wide. This will involve processing trades and transfers, as well as supplementary follow up and task completion.

**Responsibilities (How You’ll Do It)**:

- Review, prioritize and complete processing investments as documented
- Enter data into dealer systems with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Process investment transactions, including trades and account openings
- Ensure timely submissions and communications using either fax or digital platforms
- Complete follow up of previous work, resolving any issues or answering questions as needed
- Complete detailed and accurate internal record keeping
- As needed, help with office reception and client facing interactions
- As needed, support with client-held investments
- As needed, help prepare reports, client communications, or other administrative duties

**Requirements (You Must Have)**:

- Proven experience in administrative support in an office environment
- High organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail and task prioritization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Capacity to follow processes, with the ability to see things to the finish line and ensure completion of tasks
- A strong commitment to confidentiality in client work and a high ethical standard when handling financial information
- Knowledge of document and record-keeping procedures, ensuring compliance and accessibility. You have used a CRM before, are familiar with word processing, and have data entry experience
- You have the availability to work standard office hours during the week

**Bonus Points (You Might Have)**:

- Prior experience in financial services or wealth management environments
- Specific experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting independently operated professionals working within one firm
- A few stories and examples of how you made systems and processes more efficient or accurate at previous roles
