We're on the hunt for a superstar to join our team as a Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, and Photography specialist.

Our creative director is a taskmaster who expects excellence and ongoing motivation. If you're up for the challenge, the rewards are bountiful, and the environment is exciting

In this role, you'll be working with a dynamic team for various company divisions to develop and implement social media strategies, create visually stunning graphics and designs, and keep our websites in tip-top shape.

You'll also be responsible for photo retouching, photography, videography and video editing.

There's a lot of moving parts, so you'll need to be focused and organized to get the work done.

We're looking for someone who can work well under tight deadlines, is creative, a self-starter, and is comfortable in a team environment.

As a key member of the creative team, supporting the vision of the Creative Director, excellence and ongoing motivation are a must. This role also involves driving to our various group of companies in Windsor/Essex to capture footage for your photography and videography projects, as well as attend events.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Creating visually appealing graphics and designs for social media platforms and website
- Website maintenance
- Photo retouching and editing
- Photography, videography and video editing
- Collaborating with team members to generate new and creative ideas
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with HTML coding and website maintenance
- Strong photo retouching and editing skills
- Skilled in photography, videography and video editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a team environment
