We are hiring for Canada's leading Medi-spa Clinics, a growing medical aesthetic chain with 8 locations across the GTA, with a friendly, up-scale approach to beauty; offering an array of medical beauty services.

We are looking for a talented creative Social Media Manager/Coordinator to join or team. They will be responsible for the writing, design, and creation of digital content on social media platforms. The person in this role will have excellent interpersonal skills; flexibility; effective team player; excellent oral and written communication; attention to detail; organization; and a self-starter.

Develop and manage social media calendar and content strategy for the brand and execute against it for all social media platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Ticktok

Contribute to and regularly update external social sites: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other community sites

Recommend new social media tools, sites, and apps as part of the social media mix

Convey a sense of community and build our following based on valuable content and mutual sharing

Use creative means to drive strong engagement and organic growth of all social media properties

Work with and acquire influencers

Effectively monitor and report on social media results

Skills and Qualifications

Experience creating digital Marketing content

Experience in audio/video editing software

Experience in design software

Creativity

You are a highly energetic, detailed oriented and proactive person

Ability to work effectively in team and independent roles

Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively

Extremely organized and highly collaborative

Generate weekly metrics reports

Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, video editing software such as Canva or video boost etc.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-discipline projects at the same time

Strong prioritization skills.

**Education**

College level diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Social Media or Content Creation or a related field.

Minimum 3 years related experience in a professional setting

Beauty Industry experience an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year
