Are you someone who lives and breathes social media, spotting trends early, and knowing what makes content resonate? We're looking for a creative, driven Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to bring our clients' stories to life across today's leading platforms.

You'll own the full content creation process - from concepting and filming to editing and publishing - while helping grow engaged online communities for Experience First Productions and our largest experiential client. Working closely with our core team, you'll manage multiple social channels, maintain a content calendar, and execute ideas from start to finish in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and create content for the social channels of our clients + EFP's social channels
  • Plan, organize, and maintain a content calendar across multiple platforms
  • Create engaging content on a weekly basis with the goal of building a strong and active community
  • Community engagement & monitoring (responding to DMs, UGC collection, outreach, commenting, posting to stories, etc)
  • Design social-first graphics and promotional assets for events, launches, and campaigns (Instagram posts, stories, carousels, flyers, simple motion graphics, etc.)
  • Lead content strategy that helps audiences understand our clients' businesses and experiences
  • Create a variety of content formats, including short-form video and static posts, with the appropriate tone and style for each platform
  • Stay up to date on social media algorithms, trends, and best practices to inform content strategy and editing

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a social media content creator / contributor
  • Experience filming content and being on camera
  • Strong visual eye and hands-on experience designing social graphics, flyers, and promotional assets (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
  • Ability to execute clean, on-brand designs quickly for social, events, and campaigns
  • Video editing experience using software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
  • A portfolio showcasing social media content and campaigns
  • Ability to take creative initiative and execute ideas from a rough concept
