Alliance Employment Group is looking for a Recruiter to join our internal Etobicoke teamJob Responsibilities Include:Providing full cycle recruitment support for all clientsCreating and promoting job advertisementsScheduling and performing interviews with candidatesRegistering potential candidates in person or online/updating candidate information in our databaseEnsuring the organization and confidentiality of important paperwork and employee documentsProvide assistance in sales, running a full 360 deskRequirements Include:Post secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of previous high volume recruitment experience, agency experience preferredPrevious recruiting experience in labour, industrial, warehouse industriesExcellent written, verbal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.Self motivated and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on client needsBilingual - speaking French, Spanish, Tagalog, or ArabicNote:Pay: $25.00 an hourBenefits: Available after 3 monthsLocation: In office, no remote or hybrid available at this timeNo AI is being used in the hiring processOn behalf of Alliance Employment Group, we would like to thank you for your application.
