We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual or couple to look after a 34 unit apartment building in Kingston. This position is a live-in or out position and is ideally suited to a retired physically fit person or a couple who are able to share the duties while maintaining a presence in the building.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Cleaning of building and all common areas
- Snow removal, salting and shoveling
- Lawn Maintenance and groundskeeping
- Collection of rents and apartment leasing
- Completion of move in and move out inspections and associated cleaning
- Monitoring of the building and dealing with tenant issues and relaying information to the property manager in a timely manner
- Available to monitor and take calls
- Showing of units to prospective tenants
- Cleaning and preparing of units in a timely manner
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive customer service experience
- Previous experience as a superintendent an asset
- Previous experience general cleaning of buildings
- Previous experience snow shovelling, salting of walkways & entrances
- Good phone etiquette
- Experience is an asset
