As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our Human Resources team, supporting a wide range of HR functions to promote a positive workplace aligned with our values. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating a dynamic and supportive work environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to our collective success.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate our onboarding and offboarding processes, helping new hires integrate smoothly into our culture of mutual support and respect.
- Engage in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, embodying our commitment to people power.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records, contributing to our operational excellence.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects, displaying flexibility and a commitment to quality.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, emphasizing clarity and transparency in all communications.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, offering solutions that are thoughtful and respectful, ensuring every team member feels valued and understood.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on details.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with a knack for picking up new technologies that enhance our operational capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong written and oral communication skills.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
