**Duties**
- Troubleshoot desktop issues, including hardware malfunctions and software errors.
- Assist customers with firewall configurations and network connectivity problems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide clear solutions.
- Document all interactions with customers in the support database to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to technical support.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with desktop support processes and tools, particularly in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of computer networking principles and firewall configurations is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
