Responsibilities: Answering phones & directing calls to sales specialists, welcoming clients Accounts receivable, monitoring payments, ensuring billing accuracy Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, market to other services Salary Range: $42000-$50000 / year PLUS bonuses (Depending on experience - qualifications). Requirements: OTL/Ribo P&C License 6 months or more P & C Insurance or Customer service experience Customer service experience (accounts receivable, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting payment collection goals Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Proactive in problem-solving, finding solutions for customers Dedicated to customer service, self-motivated and goal oriented Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  Some financial background would be preferred Strong attention to detail  On Site presence Benefits: Medical and Health benefits including partial Gym membership reimbursement and other perks.  We offer an annual team bonus program that rewards our team members when they meet or exceed our annual agency goals.
