Responsibilities: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Salary Range: $50000 - $55000 / year PLUS commission and bonuses (Depending on experience - qualifications). Requirements: OTL/Ribo P&C License &/or LLQP license 3 years or more Insurance Sales Experience Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Proactive in problem-solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  Ability to make presentations to potential customers Strong attention to detail  On Site presence Benefits: Medical and Health benefits including partial Gym membership reimbursement and other perks.  We offer an annual team bonus program that rewards our team members when they meet or exceed our annual agency goals.
