A Site Audit Clerk is responsible for ensuring proper controls are in place to protect company assets. You will perform a number of varying duties throughout your shift including auditing/reconciling daily paperwork, preparing and posting journal entries, notifying supervisor of any discrepancies, preparing exception and machine service reports, reviewing slot machine function to ensure proper revenue reporting, and validating that controls are in place in accordance with Departmental or Internal Control Manuals(s). In addition, you will assist with site payroll as required. You will work under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures, while promoting and maintaining the utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service.
- Post-Secondary courses relating to Accounting or Bookkeeping, or comparable working experience in the related fields
- Working experience in a related field of one (1) or more years
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Working knowledge of computer software packages is required
- Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service oriented communication
- The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
