MSP IT Service Professional - Client Manager

This position is responsible for the on-going satisfaction of our company’s major accounts as well as developing new opportunities within the existing major accounts.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining positive relationship with current clients on a no less than bi-weekly basis.
- Preparing quotes and conducting Technology Business Reviews (TBR) on a scheduled basis.
- Ensuring customer service and satisfaction through various means including but not limited to monitoring ticket board, ensuring SLAs and project timelines and milestones are being met, collaborating with tech team on customer inquiries and issues.
- Working closely with Marketing and Administration on sales and marketing initiatives, upsell and cross sell opportunities, in-person and online events and other duties as required.
- Must Haves: _
- Minimum of 3 years of account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to use solid, persuasive arguments to sell MSP products to clients
- Proven track record as an account manager
- Proven decision-making skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Project management skills
- Must be independent, responsible, mature, and flexible
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- People and Sales Skills_:

- Enthusiastic personality, outstanding people skills, solid oral communication skills
- Sincerely love working with people
- Ability to use solid, persuasive arguments to engage clients
- Emphasis on client satisfaction - responsive and empathetic to client needs
- Strong telephone, video and face-to-face presentation skills
- Ability to listen well and the ability to create sales opportunities
- Interest to keep improving sales skills and knowledge of MSP line of business
- Upsell and Closing skills
- Technical and Computer Skills: _
- Ability to learn Quotewerks, Keap (Infusionsoft), Turbo Dial, Appointment Core, and other software required by Haycor
- Technical aptitude and knowledge is important, along with the ability to translate the complexities of technology to a lay person’s language
- Must have solid Internet search and strong data analysis skills
- Proficiency in using a computer and strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
