**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for dental materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best possible value.
- Manage the purchasing of dental supplies, including consumables (e.g., gloves, masks, sterilization products), dental instruments, and equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of all goods and services to avoid disruptions in dental operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of dental supplies to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems, including reordering processes and stock rotation.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly, ensuring compliance with agreements and quality standards.
- Address any issues related to supply chain disruptions, product quality, or delivery delays.
- Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with the dental practice’s policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, supplier communications, and inventory levels.
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to understand their supply needs and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

**Skills**
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Relevant experience in dental or healthcare procurement may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience with dental supply and equipment vendors is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principle.
- Ability to analyze pricing trends and make informed purchasing decision

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
