**Job Requirements**:

- Previous IT Help Desk experience
- Basic understanding of hardware support and configurations such as, Computers, Printers, Phone systems, Security equipment, etc.
- Basic experience with networking, routers, firewalls, and switches
- Take ownership of incoming support tickets/calls and provide professional technical assistance in a timely manner
- Strong communication and articulation skills; professionalism, patience and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly
- Ability to problem solve and identify possible causes and advocating for solutions

**Qualifications**:

- College or university grad with minimum 3 years of working experience in the industry
- Proficient with MS Office software and products
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Possess strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Able to work collaboratively with coworkers, clients, and contractors
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize, manage deadlines and multi-task
- Have very strong work ethic, including accountability, honesty, integrity, and transparency
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for on-site support and hardware deployment
- Authorization to work in Canada
