With its 24/7 support, employing some of the strongest, technically sound, and experienced individuals in the industry, it maintains the internal IT infrastructure of various companies within RSG International which services include Networking, Remote Access, Cyber Security, Software Development, Cloud Computing, and much more.
The **IT Helpdesk Co-Op** will serve as the general IT Helpdesk Level 1 for Gormley Tech, an internal MSP to the Powell group of companies.
**Responsibilities**
- Provides level 1 IT Help Desk support
- IT Asset Management - Asset Tracking and labeling
- Maintains the content of the Intranet
- Cross-departmental project-related work as needed
- Purchasing hardware and software at the direction of the Senior Management
- Assist in Cloud migration projects (Azure, Sharepoint)
**Qualifications**
- Undertaking a degree in a related field
- Must be able to work a minimum of 6 months (in co-op role)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
