**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform regular maintenance of gardens, including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to assist in landscape maintenance tasks.
- Irrigate plants and manage watering schedules to ensure optimal growth conditions.
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues related to pests or diseases.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new garden layouts or enhancements.
- Maintain cleanliness of garden areas, including removing debris and trash.
- Keep records of plant care activities and report any significant changes or needs to management.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools commonly used in gardening and landscape tasks.
- Knowledge of irrigation techniques and plant care best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for horticulture is essential.
- Good physical stamina, as the role requires lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.25-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
