**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform tree climbing operations using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Conduct tree inspections to assess health, stability, and safety.
- Maintain trees through pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.
- Operate bucket trucks and other specialized equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on job sites.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks during operations.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks as required.
- Utilize GIS technology for mapping and planning tree care activities.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in bucket operation and rigging techniques for safe climbing.
- Experience with landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with garden care principles and plant health management.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges on the job site.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 per week
