**You will be responsible for the following activities**:

- Facilitating the recruitment process for existing and future positions
- Evaluating current trends, competitive activity, and economic factors and changes in the accounts/market segments you manage and translate that knowledge into definitive and actionable plans to build profitable growth
- Post career opportunities on both internal and external platforms, support Hiring Managers on posting strategies (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, career fairs, community events, etc.).
- Support Hiring Managers on the writing of preliminary and/or final version of the Job description.
- On occasion, coordinate interviews for Hiring Managers and Technical experts involved in the talent acquisition process.
- Collaborate and recommend process improvements and efficiencies to build out the recruitment function
- Produce accurate weekly reports (Lever ATS) of hiring activity and accomplishments for data trending.
- Support Hiring Managers on all questions related to recruiting methods and interview questions.

**What you need to get the job done**:

- Hold a University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or in a related field;
- You work independently, self-starter
- You are self-motivated, results-driven driven and maintain outstanding composure in the face of extraordinary challenge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
