Job Summary:
We are seeking an experience Shop Supervisor for our Heavy Equipment, Truck & Trailer shop to join our team. Responsible for assigning work, following up on completion, managing parts inventory and verifying repairs of various types of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, crawler dozers, skidsteers, rock trucks and more. Your expertise in oversight of diagnotics, repairs and service of heavy equipment will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our shop and fleet.

**Duties**:

- Supervisor up to 5 workers
- Assign work orders and follow up on timely completion
- Process and prioritize repair orders
- Manage parts inventory ongoing to support repairs and maintenance activities
- Communicate with suppliers and service providers
- Validate equipment functionality after repairs to ensure proper operation
- Keep accurate records of maintenance shop activities and repair work performed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Supervisor, Mechanic or similar role
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
