Maxim Truck and Trailer600 OakPoint HwyWinnipeg, MBR3C 2E6Body Repair Technician Maxim Truck & Trailer is looking for a Level 3 or 4 Body Repair Technician to join the Collision team The Body Repair Technician assesses and repairs heavy-duty truck bodies to ensure customer satisfaction and profits for Maxim while working as a member of a team, while working in a state of the art body shop environment. HOURS: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Assess Damages based on estimate Complete tear down’s on trucks Assess if additional parts and labor are required Perform repairs to Maxim standards as per estimate Assembly and clean up trucks once paint is completed Qualifications Level 3 or 4 Apprentice to Journeyman designation with their Red Seal or similar experience Interest in continually upgrading skills and knowledge in trade Ability/willingness to complete I-CAR and MOPIA (air conditioning) certification What we offer Annual 'Tool and Boot' Allowance Maxim will pay for 100% of eligible course and book expenses to a maximum of $1,000 per level for Apprenticeship Training Competitive compensation packages, group benefits including health (drug card), dental, vision & company matching RRSP plan Career development training Employee job referral bonuses Modern facilities & equipment A great group of people to work with, and more More About Us: Contrary to popular belief, we are not a transportation company We provide quality transportation equipment, parts, and service to our customers.
