**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform account reconciliation for payroll-related accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, ADP, or other systems to manage payroll transactions efficiently.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll processing and maintain accurate records of hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends or discrepancies and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to payroll metrics and compliance audits.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a payroll or accounting role is essential, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Familiarity with various payroll systems such as Workday, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account reconciliations and bookkeeping tasks.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00-$35.00 per hour
