Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) coordinateur(trice) de paie pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique dans un poste permanent. Les responsabilités seront d'assister le PayMaster et le Technicien de paie dans les différentes tâches nécessaires au traitement de la paie pour le Canada.

**Responsabilités**:

- Collecter régulièrement les informations pertinentes pour la production de la paie ( ex : timesheets).
- Créer un fichier Excel et le manipuler jusqu'à l'importation dans Nethris (VLOOKUP et pivot table)
- Produire et mettre à jour divers rapports pour les gestionnaires (OT - PROJETS)
- Répondre aux questions des employés de nos studios canadiens (Montréal, Vancouver)
- Maintenir les balances de vacances et de TOIL des employés dans le système RH de l'entreprise (MyStore)
- Créer et mettre à jour les ''trackers'' et les ''imports''.
- Envoyer des communications par courriel

**Pré-requis du poste**
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la paie
- Excellent sens du détail, sens de l'organisation et de la communication.
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais).
- Connaissance du système Microsoft Great Plains (un atout).
- Connaissance du système de paie Nethris (un atout).

Framestore is an Oscar, Bafta and Emmy award-winning global creative company working in film, advertising and episodic, with a focus on animation and VFX projects. We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a permanent position. The responsibilities will be to assist the PayMaster and the Payroll Technician in the different tasks required to process the bi-weekly payroll for Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly collect pertinent information for payroll production (e.g. timesheets)
- Create an Excel and manipulate until the import into Nethris (VLOOKUP and pivot table)
- Produce and update various reports for Managers (OT - PROJECTS)
- Answer questions from employees from our Canadian studios (Montreal, Vancouver)
- Maintain accurate employee vacation and TOIL balances in the Company HR System (MyStore)
- Create and update ‘’trackers’’ and ‘’imports.’’

**Job requirements**
- Minimum 3 years experience in payroll
- Excellent attention to detail with organization and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Bilingualism required (French and English).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains system (an asset).
- Knowledge of Nethris payroll system (an asset).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
