**About the Role**:
Service Advisors are the primary contact with our service guests. They greet customers, listen to their needs, consult customers on their vehicles' needs, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Cochrane Toyota is looking for individuals who are knowledgeable, detailed, and can communicate with staff and customers through a variety of communication tools.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Greeting our guests in a courteous & prompt manner
- Initiate vehicle service consultation, document customer concerns, recommend necessary maintenance.
- Generate repair orders based on guest work flow and any additional information provided during check-in.
- Discuss repairs with technicians and provide estimates as required.
- Maintain consistent contact with the guest for the duration of their vehicles service by updating on the status of their vehicle.
- Review the invoice with the customer and ensure their vehicle is ready for service delivery.
- Arrange alternate transportation for guests while their vehicle is being serviced.
- Schedule appointments for customers and follow-up on specially ordered parts and open work orders.
- Maintain a Customer Satisfaction score that is greater than the zone average.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Preferred 3-5 years of past experience as a service advisor, assistant service manager or service consultant
- Very energetic personality
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
