**Key Responsibilities**

**Inspection Oversight**
- Coordinate and oversee all product and process inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between inspection, production, programming, and quality teams.
- Ensure timely inspection and release of parts/products according to schedule.

**Quality Standards Compliance**
- Ensure all inspections comply with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards.
- Support internal audits and assist in the implementation of corrective actions.

**Technical Analysis**
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.

**Team Collaboration & Support**
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis activities.

**Process Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and non-conformances.
- Use ERP/QMS systems for tracking and reporting where applicable.

**Experience**
- 3+ years in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement, inspection, and root cause analysis.

**Position Requirements**

**Education**
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiar with inspection tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Solid understanding of quality standards, GD&T, and tolerancing.

**Software Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP or QMS systems is an asset.

**Soft Skills**
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solver with sound decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team.

**Other**
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexible with changing priorities and schedules.
- Safety-focused with knowledge of shop floor protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.75 per week
