Since 1916, the Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM) has been dedicated to keeping Ontario residents safe from fire and other public safety hazards. Working closely with Ontario's 427 fire departments and industry partners, the OFM has built a strong reputation for leadership and expertise.

- **About the job**: You will provide a wide range of administrative support services to the Northern Fire Protection Program, including, but not limited to:

- maintain and update administrative processes and contact lists
- coordinate paper flow, track deadlines and conduct follow-ups on requests by the manager
- transcribe and reformat various documents for management
- process and track correspondence, ensuring efficient mail coordination
- maintain/monitor database
- compile information, prepare and/or process reports
- providing research and project support
- track and maintain stock levels for supplies and inventory of assets-

Mandatory requirements**:

- You must have a valid Class G driver's licence or equivalent as recognized by the Province of Ontario and the ability to travel.

** Administrative skills and experience**: You have:

- knowledge of standard office and filing procedures to provide administrative and organizational support
- demonstrated ability/experience providing office administrative
- organizational skills to meet priorities and deadlines, including coordinating with other sections and staff working in multiple locations
- computer skills to create/maintain spreadsheets and databases, and to create reports and general correspondences- ** Judgement and multi-tasking skills**: You can:
