**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and handling regulations while serving drinks.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and changes in food safety regulations.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety standards, and alcohol regulations.
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Capability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
