Busser/host

We are seeking an energetic team member to assist with front-of-house bussing and hosting duties in our busy pub and restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
Bussers assist servers and bartenders in their daily duties and with service. They are part of a team that cleans, clears and sets tables, greets and seats guests and maintains an atmosphere of cleanliness and organization, while adhering to sanitation and safety policies. They are the face of the company and set the standard for organization and overall customer experience.

Job Duties:

- Greeting customers, welcoming
- Organizing and maintaining wait-lists, crowd control
- Romancing features and relaying relevant information while seating customers
- Bathroom, floor and table clearing and cleaning
- Assisting with food running, refills, table maintenance, cleaning and organizing
- Communicating with all floor staff of availability and goings on
- Side duties like re-stocking, recycling, buffing and rolling cutlery, and cleaning
