Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them in finding the right appliances for their needs.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s point-of-sale system.
- Manage and update the company’s social media accounts to promote products, sales, and special offers.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and assist with online sales processes.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked with appliances and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for business purposes.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with online sales platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
