Top Level Construction Inc. has been a leader in the residential construction industry in the Waterloo region since 2013. Due to overwhelming demand and expanding our company, we are seeking an experienced **Lead Hand** to join our growing team
- Rough Carpentry: Demo, framing, ect.
- Drywall, Taping, and or painting experience
- Finish Carpentry: Interior trim, cabinet Installation, interior/exterior door installation, ect.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently or as part of a team.
- Self motivated with exceptional time management skills.
- Personable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead and train other team members.
- Communicate and collaborate with our clients and management team to effectively overcome issues and maintain project timelines.

**Additional requirements (benefits)**:

- Own hand tools - Larger/specialty tools supplied by the company

**Job Type**: Full-time, permanent

**Salary**: $30.00+ per hour (based on skill and ability) Potential to Negotiate pay for Qualified Individuals.

**Additional pay**:Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

**Schedule**:

- 8-10 hour shifts (Monday-Friday)

**Responsibilities**
- Have a strong commitment to safety: adhere to Health & Safety requirements.

- Work safely, using directed PPE
