**About the Role**
**Grosso Construction** is hiring a skilled **Carpenter** to join our growing residential renovation team. You’ll work directly with our Lead Carpenter & Project Manager on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full-home remodels, and additions. This role is ideal for someone and who’s ready to grow into a leadership position down the line.

**What You’ll Do**
- Complete framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, and general renovation carpentry.
- Read drawings and follow direction from the Lead Carpenter or Project Manager.
- Maintain safe, clean, organized worksites.
- Coordinate with other trades and communicate material needs or design issues.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision when required.
- Represent Grosso Construction professionally on-site and with both sub-trades and clients.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of residential renovation or carpentry experience.
- **Strong** understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials.
- Able to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, & valid work permit.
- Owns a solid set of basic tools.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and takes pride in quality work.

**Nice to Have**
- Carpentry or construction education/certification.
- Experience running small jobs or leading crews.
- Familiarity with Ontario Building Code for residential work.

**Pay & Growth**
- Based on skill and experience.
- Clear path to promotion into a **Lead Carpenter** role.
- Consistent full-time work across Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
