**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including deposits and register management.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to improve performance and promote career growth.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on payroll management and scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of retail operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management and training development.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
