OneSpan is looking for a fast-paced and agile minded Workday Analyst who will focus on the progression and optimization of our company-wide Workday connectivity. The Workday Analyst we need will be an expert in common functions around integrations, APIs, web services, and other major connections that are integral to the continued growth and development of OneSpan as a business. You will feel impact in driving top-tier configurations that will accelerate the performance of teams across the company. **Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide technical expertise throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions
- Use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve our clients' most complex and challenging problems across different industries
- Help integration team members on technical decision-making, code reviews and enforcing integration practices and standards
- Define standards to guide architectural designs
- Architect and develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards; confer with users or system engineers
- Participate in technical discussions and build consensus among team members
- Stay current on technology trends and identify ways to innovate
- Analyze user requirements to derive technical design and performance requirements
- Plan, track, and manage deliverables on short term sprints and long-term software deployments
- Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining all Workday integrations
- Exposure to full WD product suite (HCM, FINS, PSA, Payroll, Time Tracking, Expenses)

**Requirements**:

- Experience in core connectors, document transformation, EIB, punch out, boomerangs, XSLT, XML, SOAP, REST, EDI, API web services, Oxygen, API listeners, payload encryption, document retrieval/delivery, and API clients
- Deep understanding of automating accounting journals, supplier invoices, customer invoices, and ad hoc payments in Workday
- Experience with Adaptive planning and writing advanced, composite reports and calculated fields
- Experienced in Workday Data security and ISU account creation
- HCM Integrations with various providers ( Benefits and Recruiting platforms)

**Added Bonus If You Have**
- Experience in Workday Studio
- Knowledge of customer invoice PDFs, checks, offer letters, bonus and merit statements using BIRT
