What will you do?
- Input and tracking of schedules of all field technicians into PSO dispatch routing system
- Schedule meetings, training and stock pickups for all field technicians
- Onboarding/offboarding of field technicians
- Recommend long term operational scheduling strategies. Use historical data and current trends to optimize staffing and demand patterns.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with teams across the organization.
- Produce regular reporting to ensure accuracy of skillsets and zoning of technicians.

What do you bring?
- Previous experience in a customer service environment (retail, hospitality etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all Team Members and Field Operations
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Robust attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
