What you'll need to have
- You have 6 months or more of formal or informal leadership experience in retail, logistics
- You are tech savvy
- You are a total people-person and can strike up a conversation easily and build a good rapport with your team, Leadership and suppliers
- Your coaching style can be summed up like this: open door, empowering, strategic and supportive. You believe that leadership is a collective activity where we all have something to learn from each other.
- You have amazing attention for details and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities while keeping a smile on your face
- Experience handling machinery found in a logistics setting is an asset but not necessity

What you'll be doing day to day
- Support your IKEA Leadership team with leading and coaching the team; creating an inspiring and motivating environment where people are continuously developed including long-term competence building, succession planning and diversity and inclusion
- Responsible for the safety of co-workers and the working conditions of the workplace and securing that IKEA rules and guidelines as well as laws and regulations are being followed
- Coordinate with other Departments to make on site decisions
- Ensure the Sustainability agenda for your area is implemented and met
- Support co-workers and with other tasks as needed
