**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused **Client Success Manager** to act as the bridge between our business and our growing base of clients — including students, business owners, influencers, and campaign partners.
Your job is to **onboard clients, keep them engaged**, and ensure their experience is smooth and result-oriented. From answering queries to following up on service progress, your role ensures that no client ever feels lost or forgotten.
This is a **100% commission-based role** where your earnings grow based on the number of clients you successfully onboard, retain, and support. Ideal for proactive communicators who thrive on people-first business and want flexible, performance-linked income.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and onboard new clients after sign-up, guiding them through next steps
- Act as the client’s main point of contact for questions, updates, and follow-up
- Coordinate between internal teams (HR, editors, marketing, admin) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Upsell or cross-sell other services when appropriate (optional, with added commission)
- Track client success metrics using CRM and follow up before renewals or deadlines
- Help build long-term trust and retention through communication and consistency
**Requirements**:
- Experience in customer service, client success, or account management (freelance or agency)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and keep accurate status notes
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Trello, Notion, etc.)
- Self-motivated and reliable with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working remotely with mínimal supervision
**Compensation**:
- Commission per client successfully onboarded and retained
- Bonuses for upselling services, securing renewals, or receiving positive client feedback
- No income cap - the more clients you support, the more you earn
- Flexible hours and remote-friendly role with optional studio collaboration
