**The Opportunity: A Day In The Life**
As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll interact directly with inbound prospective clients, providing an analysis of their insurance needs, guiding, and educating them towards their customized plan. Then you’ll ensure a warm handoff to our Client Service Team who will take them the rest of the way through the process.
**Who we’re looking for?**
The most important characteristic of our ideal Client Success Specialist is their attitude. Top performing members of the Longevity Achieved salesforce consistently demonstrate the following characteristics:

Having previous customer service and/or sales experience would be great but is not mandatory for you to apply. The only thing that is required is that you’re willing to learn and if you don’t have it already, be willing to complete the Harmonized Life License Qualification Program [HLLQP], which we will pay for.
