- Manage a number of clients who come into the store at one time
- Call clients and make appointments for them to come into the store
- Greet the Client
- Take client documents, get the client to complete and sign all forms, talk about the 10 Year Tax Review. Ask about the complexity of the return
- Maintain a log of tax file status
- Scan the documents, save to the network drive
- Place all documents in an envelope, and complete the outside of the envelope.
- to set appointments to being in tax docs and to collect tax docs
- Handle client inquiries or take messages for the tax preparer
- Handle client complaints or take messages for the tax manager
- Manage the telephone system, answering calls, forwarding calls
- Manage Google Reviews and respond to reviews
- Manage Google Office hours
- Manage Social Media accounts
- Manage all filing in the filing cabinets
- Ensure the office always looks clean and organized
- Attend all training on systems and products
- Encourage clients to give us a positive review on Google
- Professional Business casual attire, and properly groomed
- Other Adhoc services as per the discretion of the management.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
