We are seeking a sociable and caring Customer Experience Associate to join our team—a creative soul who thrives on making people feel welcomed, engaged, and inspired.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Workshops**: Host interactive fragrance and candle-making workshops in-store, providing an exceptional guest experience.
- **Coordinate Off-Site Events**: Plan and manage mobile scent bar experiences for weddings, bridal showers, and other events.
- **Assist with Production**: Support the team with light production tasks, including fragrance blending and candle pouring, ensuring our products are crafted to perfection.
- **Customer Engagement**: Serve as a warm and approachable face of the brand, building lasting relationships with our clients and event attendees.
- **Event Logistics**: Organize and transport materials for events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are prepared and set up efficiently.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with the owner and team members to brainstorm new event ideas and improve existing processes.

Qualifications we require:

- Ability to learn quickly (we will provide training)
- Qualities of a good leader
- Pure passion to make customers happy
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- 2+ years' of retail or equivalent management experience
- Strong verbal or written communication skills
- Candle experience a plus but not necessary
- A love to create and work with your hands (cannot be sensitive to scents)
- Incredible organization skills, self-motivated, reliable, and goal-orientated
- Must be ok with repetitive tasks (ie. pouring, wicking, labeling, packaging)
- Must be able to carry 50lb box (a must since our wax boxes weight 50lbs)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for workshops and off-site events.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for transporting event materials.

This position starts at $17.75/hr with the ability to increase within the first year based on experience level, applicable skill sets, and your ability to jump in and contribute.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
