An upbeat, positive attitude goes a long way in temporary placements. Previous experience is an asset, however this is also a great opportunity to build experience on your resume and explore a multitude of industries to find out where you would like to focus your career.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities will range depending on the level of experience the placement requires. Typical responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

- Answering calls and greeting clients
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Arranging couriers / receiving mail
- Entering data
- Ordering supplies
- Filing
- Preparing boardrooms
- Typing documentation
- Booking appointments
- All other office support required

**Education**:

- Post Secondary Education is a benefit, but not a requirement

**Experience**:

- MS Office skills at all levels
- Previous reception or administrative experience is considered an asset
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset

**Skills**:

- Energetic, team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Eager with a willingness to learn and grow
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work in high paced environments
- Upbeat, vibrant, and enthusiastic personality

**Salary**:

- Temporary placements range from $18.00-$20.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Temporary and Contract employees are pay-rolled weekly via direct deposit.

**Additional Notes**:

- All applicants must be authorized to work in Canada to be considered for employment.
