Headquartered in Montreal, Behaviour has more than 1,300 employees worldwide with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Seattle (Midwinter Entertainment), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK-North & South). This role falls under our Corporate business unit. In this role, you will assist the Vice President of Communications and be tasked with providing leadership in developing and implementing strategies and actions aimed at ensuring effective internal communications across Behaviour's six studios, both locally and internationally. You will also be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary internal communications team.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop and proactively plan effective internal communication plans based on organizational challenges and business needs, ensuring their implementation
- Collaborate on various projects with significant impact on employee mobilization and engagement.
- Develop and implement employee recognition strategy in collaboration with internal teams
- Develop and contribute to the implementation of the company's social responsibility strategy
- Stay updated with best practices in internal communications and employer branding, and remain informed about industry news.
- Implement effective measurement tools to evaluate the performance of internal communication strategies
- Provide technical leadership for tasks within the internal communications team

**What we are looking for**:

- University degree in communication studies, public relations, marketing or in a related field
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Recognized skills in developing innovative internal communication strategies that deliver tangible business benefits
- Thorough understanding of communication policies, practices, and strategic principles
- Strategic vision, political awareness, results-driven approach, and a particular emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Inspirational leadership and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders

**Dans ce rôle, vous devrez**:

- À partir des enjeux organisationnels et des besoins d’affaires, élaborer et planifier de façon proactive, des plans de communication internes efficaces et en assurer la mise en œuvre
- Collaborer à divers projets ayant un impact important sur la mobilisation et l’engagement des employés
- Élaborer et assurer la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de reconnaissance employés en collaboration avec les équipes internes
- Élaborer la stratégie de responsabilité sociale et contribuer à sa mise en œuvre au sein de l’entreprise
- Effectuer une veille constante de ce qui se fait de mieux en matière de communications internes et de marque employeur et être à l’affut de l’actualité
- Mettre en place des outils de mesure efficaces pour évaluer la performance des stratégies de communications internes
- Assurer le leadership technique des tâches des membres de l’équipe des communications internes

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Diplôme universitaire en communication, relations publiques, marketing ou autre domaine connexe
- 7 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Compétences reconnues dans le développement de stratégies de communications internes innovantes procurant des bénéfices d’affaires concrets
- Excellente compréhension des politiques, pratiques et principes stratégiques en matière de communication
- Vision stratégique et sens politique, approche axée sur les résultats et un accent particulier mis sur la satisfaction de la clientèle
- Excellente habilité de rédaction en français et en anglais et capacité de produire des contenus stratégiques de haut niveau

Dans ce rôle vous seconderez la vice-présidente communications et vous aurez pour mandat d’assurer un leadership dans l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de stratégies et d’actions visant à assurer des communications internes efficaces dans les six studios de Behaviour tant local qu’à l’international. Vous aurez aussi à gérer une équipe de communications internes multidisciplinaire.
