We are looking for a communicator to join the Communications and Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will create compelling content to engage colleagues and raise Alithya's profile. You will use your creativity and strategic thinking to create internal communications strategies for various platforms and audiences in Canada, the United States and internationally.
- Provide consulting services to various internal partners, such as IT, Human Capital, Senior Management, Finance and Operations, while prioritizing issues and proactively proposing solutions;
- Develop inspirational content about products and services, corporate life, culture and employee achievements to foster a sense of belonging and a high level of engagement. You will only be required to write formal communications in French;
- Support content management on Alithya's global SharePoint intranet and other dynamic platforms under development;
- Oversee the coordination of external vendors (e.g., translation firms).

- Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree;
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a communications department;
- Proven experience on digital platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Microsoft Viva);
- Experience working with a senior management team;
- Ability to create and track a content calendar, and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines;
- Ability to deliver a quality product in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating high emotional intelligence;
- Ability to understand the context and communicate complex and technical topics simply;
- Curiosity and resourcefulness;
- Outstanding writing skills in French;
- Intermediate knowledge of English. (You must have adequate reading and oral communication skills in English);
- Communication with teams in both French and English. Level expected:

- French: 4/4
- English: 3/4
