**AVAILABILITY**:

Expect to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled session.

**PAY**:
Pay is negotiable. If interested in the position, please provide your requested fee.

**Hair and makeup artists may also be given the option to take on an assistant role throughout the shoot (see description below).**

**Assistant**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Applicant must be skilled at providing services that support our lead photographers and create an incredible experience for our Portrait Photography, Headshots, Graduation, and Maternity/Newborn clients.

The applicant may be asked to do some or all of the following tasks: move furniture and set pieces, position reflectors, carry gear, serve beverages and snacks, set table with catered lunch, take behind-the-scenes pictures, direct fan for hair movement, help tidy studio after the shoot, provide a second set of eyes or hands during complicated poses, etc.
- Efficiently and proactively tend to clients’ and photographers’ needs.
- Hold yourself to high professional standards.
- o Arrive dressed and styled in a professional manner that reflects our glamour image._
- o Always be punctual._
- o Refrain from phone use throughout the scheduled time._
- o Be professional, kind, and respectful in words and actions._
- Make sure the client is comfortable and happy throughout the session.
- Support our brand’s mission by helping women look and feel beautiful and cared for throughout the session.

**AVAILABILITY**:
Applicants should generally be available on some or all of the following days: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. You will typically be scheduled from 9-2 pm but hours vary.
