**The Role**
As a key member of our team the Hairstylist is responsible for creating beauty and style in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Our company is looking for a friendly and skilled stylist who truly enjoys making people beautiful for special events, weddings, and general blowout treatments. We are looking for a team player, great at juggling multiple tasks, and comfortable working with groups of people. This job requires someone with a flexible schedule who can work on-call, including weekends and holidays.
**Your contributions to the team include**:

- Provide all guests with exceptional service, creating beautiful hair and ensuring guests feel beautiful, special, and valued.
- Providing shampooing services, add-on hair treatments, blow drying, hot tool styling, braids & Up dos.
- Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

**A few things we are looking for in a new team member**:

- 2 years’ experience in a salon.
- 2-3 years of guest service experience.
- Comfortable with shampooing services, add-on hair treatments, blow drying, hot tool styling.
- Comfortable with fancy styling and bridal/prom updo’s
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Previous sales/retail experience is an asset.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule. (Including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays).
