At our North American Office in Mississauga, Canada we are looking to add an
**Education Manager**. The
**Education Manager** will be responsible for the management, coordination, and implementation of education initiatives by Ivoclar in Canada.

Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the US and global team to implement Ivoclar strategic goals for educational initiatives.
- Assist with defining the annual educational curriculum for onsite programs at the Ivoclar Academy Center located in Canada and online via the Ivoclar Academy website per strategic goals of Ivoclar Vivadent and establish annual course calendar.
- Management of Ivoclar Academy Center in Canada, define processes & execute them for proper functionality & customer experience.
- Management of the Canadian course calendar, scheduling, coordinating and executing defined educational curriculum/content. Includes both internal an external in field courses in Canada.
- Coordinate and communicate with speakers to establish and execute education programs.
- Work effectively with the US Associate Manager Education to stay up to date with the educational curriculum available for in person courses and digital content.
- Management of the online Canadian Academy content.
- Manage the scheduling of the Vision theatre, Innovation Studio and Digital Solutions Center
- Lead the management, with assistance from the Office and Education Specialist, the preparation and maintenance of the education area in the warehouse including all course materials and equipment for courses internally and externally including tradeshow support.
- Strategize marketing plans/campaigns, develop assets and execute strategies to promote educational initiatives.

Your Qualifications
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Prior management or supervisory experience desired
- Two years office administration or related experience preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills a must
- Product knowledge a plus
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office required
- French knowledge or Bilingual in French is an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to travel to support educational programs (10-15%)
- Dental industry background is a plus
