Sous la supervision du Directeur(e) du Service à la clientèle, ce poste est responsable de la liaison entre le client et les services internes pour les comptes assignés. Ceci implique primairement:
- la revue de demande de devis ;
- la coordination avec les services internes pour générer et livrer les devis ;
- recevoir, revoir et négocier toute modification aux bons de commandes ;
- initier les bons de travail ;
- maintenir le client informé de l’état des commandes jusqu’à leur livraison par l’intermédiaire de portails clients, courriels et conférence téléphonique ;
- assurer une facturation complète et juste ;
- participer à la négociation des conditions commerciales, ainsi qu’à la résolution des problèmes techniques ;
- participer à la gestion de comptes recevables et la résolution de problèmes de paiements.
Le poste supporte aussi l’unité commerciale dans la gestion d’activités clients avec un focus sur l’amélioration de la position fiscale des comptes assignés. Il participe à la planification des visites clients, ainsi qu’au développement de budgets et prévisions à long terme via la collection des demandes clients anticipés.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is accountable for liaising between the customer and internal departments for assigned accounts. This primarily involves:
- reviewing requests for quotations;
- coordinating internally to generate and deliver quotes;
- receiving, reviewing and negotiating the modification of purchase orders;
- initiating work orders;
- ensuring invoicing activities are completed and accurate;
- participating in the negotiation of commercial terms, and in the resolution of technical problems;
- participating in account receivables and payment issues.
It also partially supports the business unit in the management of customer activities with a focus on improving financial position on assigned accounts. It participates in planning customer visits and in the development of long-range-plan budgets and forecasts via the collection of anticipated customer requirements.
- maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, orale et écrit ;
- un diplôme d’études secondaires, un DEC et/ou un baccalauréat un atout ;
- 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
- 5 années d’expérience dans une entreprise manufacturière ;
- habile à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle, à prioriser, être bien organisé tout en travaillant dans un environnement à rythme soutenu ;
- habile à assurer l’exactitude de détails à tous les niveaux, à analyser une multitude de documents pour assurer consistance et cohérence, être capable de déterminer la meilleure séquence d’étapes, tout en étant capable de suivre les priorités corporatives ;
- être capable de déterminer quoi communiquer au client et quand, être capable de synthétiser l’information advenant de plusieurs outils, et de le faire d’une façon succincte et professionnelle ;
- expérience avec un système de planification des ressources d’entreprise basé sur DOS, un atout ;
- habile à interpréter des dessins techniques, un atout.
- excellent French and English, both written and oral;
- a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree an asset;
- 3 years experience in a similar position;
- 5 years experience at a manufacturing site;
- the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and be well organized while working in a fast-paced environment;
- the ability to ensure accuracy of details at all levels, to analyze multiple documents for consistency and coherency, to determine best sequence of tasks, all while being able to focus on corporate priorities;
- the ability to distinguish what to communicate to customers and when, sourcing information from multiple tools, and to do so in a succinct and professional manner;
- experience working in a DOS based Enterprise Resource Planning system, an asset;
- ability to interpret part drawings, an asset;
