**SCOPE OF THE POSITION**
Within the major accounts and industrial projects department, the contract administrator, without being limited to it, is called upon to review and support the analysis, drafting, negotiation of contracts and business proposals and to administer contracts with clients of the Corporate Agreements Division.
**YOU ARE :Good communicator, negotiator, organized, autonomous, rigorous, detail-oriented, analytical and team player.**
**WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE**
- Administer the contracts in force to ensure compliance with them
- Identify commercial, contractual and legal risks in contracts and tenders
- Identify issues and risks to be imposed on the supply chain
- Identify issues and risks that require prior internal approval or review by the legal department
- Participate with other team members in the preparation and writing of business proposals
- Participate in and/or lead the negotiation of contracts
- Prepare other relevant documents (annual report, KPI, Audit, corporate TCO)
- Ensure follow-up in various administrative tasks (invoices, portals, insurance certificates, etc.)
- Work closely with department members and other Lumen departments.
- Any other related tasks to help the department.
**WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial transactions, negociation and contract administration
- College diploma in legal technology or BAC in business administration, law or other equivalent field
- Good business judgment coupled with sound business acumen
- Sense of organization and ability to manage your time and your priorities according to tight deadlines
- Ability to understand and interpret contract terms and conditions
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of electrical products (an asset)
