**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting all company PC hardware peripherals and most common software packages
- Running and terminating all types of communication & video cabling
- Making patch cables as required
- Removing viruses on an immediate basis
- Participating in desktop shuffles; relocating employees as needed
- Accurately maintaining and replenishing lists of consumable inventory
- Actively participate in Disaster Recovery and Backup Plans
- Contributing to IT knowledge base and asset tracking documentation
- Track loaned items and reclaim as needed
- Actively participate in Disaster Recovery and Backup Plans
- Desktop level support / maintenance
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma, Computer related
- 1 to 2 years Computer related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Possesses a strong knowledge of desktop PC hardware, and most common software packages (All MS Windows version), and peripherals
- Possesses strong HW/SW troubleshooting skills
- Understands the basics of TCP/IP protocol
- Can work unsupervised on projects
- Can adapt to new software packages quickly
- Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX family preferred
- Familiar with Network cabling
