Active Tool Repair is looking for a bookkeeper to maintain our financial records and assist with the daily operations of our business. Bookkeeper responsibilities include managing client accounts, reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and an eye for detail. Ultimately, you will provide our clients with accurate and trustworthy information as they plan their business operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage client accounts
- Reconcile client accounts
- Monitor financial transactions
- Report on bookkeeping procedures and procedures errors
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Research, track and restore accounting errors or discrepancies
- Develop procedures for account receivables and account payable functions
- Keep records of cost-related activities and project financial progress
- Acknowledge customer feedback and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Keep records of business transactions and maintain records of financial transactions including accounts receivable, deposits, expenses etc.
**Salary**: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
