**BOOKKEEPING/ ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining a solid and accurate A/P & A/R
- Bank & account reconciliations
- Ongoing review of accounts & month-end processes
- Process Payroll
- Processing Checks, Cash Deposits and Credit card payments
- Experience & Understanding of Credit/Debit transactions and Chargebacks
- Monthly End Statements
- Genineral Office administration
- Part-time leading to full-time.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-3+ years’ experience with bookkeeping.
- Canadian payroll
- Computer skills, including the ability to operate spreadsheets and Word processing programs.
- High level of knowledge in bookkeeping procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Police check required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
