The Houseperson will primarily provide laundry and housekeeping support to the Spring Creek Vacations team.

**REQUIREMENTS**

This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must have the ability to move, lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 25lbs. Must have the ability to stand for at least 8 hours in a day. Applicants must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. A valid Class 5 License is required for this role, and preference will be given to those with previous hotel cleaning experience.

**DUTIES**

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Laundry duties (loading and unloading washer and dryer machines).
- Retrieve, sort, fold, and restock linens.
- Strip linens from guest rooms.
- Guest room deliveries.
- Organize items for recycling.
- Maintaining supply area for Room Attendants.
- Help to clean Vacation rentals when required.

On-site shared staff accommodation, pending availability for full time employees for $20-$25/day.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
